Comporta Retreat
The Comporta Retreat project is ready to receive its first house constructions. Both infra-structure and landscaping are complete!
Although largely know as a summer destination, Comporta is not without charm during the wintery months. Taking advantage of the slow and tranquil pace of the crisper days, with it’s ever morphing rice paddies, its vast empty beaches ideal for horse ridding expeditions, its immense pine forests for trailing and exploring and Comporta’s delicious local restaurantes, the set up is ideal to spend relaxing winter days in the always beautiful Comporta.
What to do in Comporta during the winter:
Horse-back ridding on the dunes and ride paddies.
Walking trails through pine forests and paddies to the Brejos beach.
Lunch at Dona Bia or Gervásio.
Shopping at the Comporta Vila – Inxalá and Lavanda.
Sorting out vintage furniture and antiques at Sr. Julio’s.
A drink at Museu do Arroz.
Nearby, you can also program either a bike expedition, or a car trip to visit the ancient Roman ruins near Tróia.
